A leading heavy equipment service provider based in Spain is seeking a Customer Support Representative who speaks French and English. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. Ideal candidates have a customer-first mindset and at least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting. The position offers a gross salary of 1700 EUR per month and potential for a hybrid work model after 6 months.
