Overview

Mariposa Energía is a dynamic and growing company specializing in electricity supply and solar panel installations. We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Energy Switch Manager with customer support skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Attract and onboard new customers interested in switching to Mariposa Energía.
• Conduct energy studies and prepare contracts.
• Provide customer service support: answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist with client needs.
• Carry out basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (high level in both is essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage administrative work efficiently.
• Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach.

What We Offer

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30.
• 23 vacation days per year, plus public holidays.
• A professional and supportive working environment in our San Pedro de Alcántara office.
