Una empresa de software innovadora en Barcelona busca un profesional para el rol de Customer Success. El candidato ideal proporcionará soporte al cliente, guiará el proceso de incorporación y documentará procedimientos para la gestión del conocimiento. Se requiere experiencia en roles relacionados con el cliente, habilidades de comunicación proactivas y un compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente. Formación

  • 1+ año de experiencia en Customer Success o rol similar.
  • Experiencia en el sector tecnológico o SaaS es un plus.
  • Capacidad de aprender rápidamente productos técnicos.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar soporte al cliente a través de un sistema de tickets y teléfono.
  • Guiar el proceso de incorporación para nuevos clientes.
  • Documentar procesos y construir una base de conocimiento.

Your Future Role
  • Provide customer support via ticketing system and phone, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Guide the onboarding process for selected new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities for upsells or value-added services.
  • Document processes and build a comprehensive knowledge base for customer self-service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and addressed.
  • This role reports to the Director Business Development & Sales based in Barcelona.
Your Skills
  • Ideally, you have 1+ year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role. Experience in the tech or SaaS sector is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong, proactive communication skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently, especially as the first Customer Success hire in Spain within our five-person sales team.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value.
  • Results-oriented, organized and well-versed in problem-solving.
  • Motivated to work in a technology-driven environment and grow within a scaling team.
  • Native-level Spanish is required to interact with our customers, along with fluent written and spoken English, as English is our working language.
