Formación

  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.

We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive - Nordics (m/w/d), eager to contribute to the growth and success of our expanding client base in the Nordics.


Your role in BizAway

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to maximize their use of the BizAway platform.
  2. Onboard new corporate clients, ensuring they are fully operational.
  3. Customize onboarding materials such as user guides, videos, and training resources to meet client needs.
  4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, monitor feedback, and turn skeptics into ambassadors.
  5. Identify growth opportunities and achieve upselling targets.
  6. Set quarterly targets with the Customer Success Team Lead.
  7. Collaborate with the CS and Sales Teams to share best practices and foster growth.
  8. Propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve processes and growth.
Your basic qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, along with fluent English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B account management or customer success roles.
  • Hunger: eager to learn and embrace challenges.
  • Proactivity: proactively propose solutions and learn from mistakes.
  • Flexibility: comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
Additional interests

  • Additional language skills or experience with Middle Eastern markets.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups.
