Formación

  • At least two years of experience in the customer service department, especially in the Medical Devices sector.

Purpose

The purpose of a DSR (Dediated Sales Representative) at Medline is to offer our clients excellent sales advice and incident resolution in collaboration with the Sales department in particular, and with other key departments in general.

Specifically, we are looking for a colleague to support the Sales team in Spain, therefore Spanish is absolutely necessary for this position.

How can you help us?
  • Resolve order incidents in collaboration with the assigned Account Manager to provide an excellent customer experience according to internal processes and policies.
  • Enter customer orders into the system – QAD. (valuable experience in EDI orders).
  • Constantly monitor the orders from their introduction in the system to the issuance of the invoice
  • Review all reports regularly to ensure proper maintenance and support month-end and year-end closings.
  • Complete required training to allow you to perform the job with the greatest efficiency.
  • Taking inbound customer calls
  • Perform any other task within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the role, as requested by the direct department manager

  • Valuable experience of at least two years in the customer service department, especially in the Medical Devices sector.
