A leading outsourcing company is seeking a full-time customer support agent in Madrid. You will assist business clients with credit card transactions in German and English. Strong communication skills and experience in customer service are essential. The role offers a gross salary of €1,833 monthly and includes a relocation package for eligible candidates.

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer / technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Spanish employer.

About the project

Join an international team supporting a leading corporate payment solutions provider. You will assist business clients with their credit card transactions, resolve account-related issues, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
• Assist business clients with issues related to their corporate credit cards.
• Support customers with various transaction inquiries.
• Ensure a professional and customer-oriented service experience.

Requirements

• German at C2 level
• English at C1 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a 2-month trial period.
• Salary : €1,833 gross per month.
• 1,500 sign-on bonus (paid separately).

Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 20:00 (split shift) with one rotating weekday off.

Training included from day one (ASAP start): Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday, 9:00 to 16:00.

Relocation package for candidates moving to Madrid

• Travel reimbursement up to €200 (paid after 3 months).
• Housing aid of €300–€400 gross per month for the first 3 months (subject to taxes; proof of accommodation required).

Note : EU citizenship or full working rights are required
