Your Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat & social media
Provide accurate info and basic technical support
Document customer requests and manage service tickets
Escalate complex issues to the right teams
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure fast and effective resolutions
Offer suggestions to improve service workflows
Your Profile:
Native/fluent in Italian (C2) and fluent in English (min. B2)
Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
Quick to learn new software and technologies
Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient multitasker
Adaptable to dynamic work environments
