Overview

Job Title

We are seeking an experienced invoice specialist to lead our customer service team in Bolton.

This crucial role will oversee the relationship with our customers, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration or economics and experience in customer services, particularly in order entry.

A strong understanding of EDI, SAP, and AS400 is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Adaptability to changes is a must, and proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level is required.

Responsibilities
  • Receive orders via email or EDI, manual order entry, reviewing EDI orders with attention to commercial conditions.
  • Monitor and control the order shipping process from the warehouse to delivery.
  • Resolve issues and propose improvements.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Educational background: FP or Bachelor\'s degree in business administration / economics.
  • Work Experience: experience in customer services, especially in order entry.
  • Knowledge of EDI, SAP and AS400.
  • Technical Skills: high level of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).
  • Adaptability to changes is a must.
  • Local language: proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level is required.
