A leading customer service company in Madrid is looking for a professional with native German and advanced English skills for client support in the financial sector. The position offers a full-time role with a gross salary of €23.5k per year, along with possibilities for hybrid work after initial training.

Overview

Do you have a native level of German? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? Then this interests you!

Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

Expected start date: ASAP

Requirements

Required languages: German Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.

Required experience: Experience in customer service.

Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.

What do we offer you?
  • Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours / week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm.
  • Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
  • Salary of 23.5k€ gross per year.
