A dynamic international customer service firm is looking for a Customer Representative in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, providing top-quality assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time, stable position offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Schedule: 39h/week | Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00

Join our dynamic international team in Barcelona as a Customer Representative and be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients.
Youll provide top-quality customer service, assist with inquiries, and ensure an exceptional client experience in every interaction.
This role is perfect for communicative, empathetic, and motivated professionals who enjoy helping others and working in an international environment.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English.
Provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.
Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity.
Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
