Who you are
  • Based in Barcelona.
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English; additional languages welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills and an open‑mind approach.
  • Passionate about customer experience and attentive to needs.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experience in a customer support environment.
