Head of Marketing – a strategic and hands-on leader who will take our marketing function to the next level. This is a foundational hire who will define our marketing strategy, scale our impact, and connect our product roadmap to demand generation and growth. You’ll need to be both strategic and execution-oriented – comfortable switching between high-level planning and day-to-day delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, the open-source community, and leadership to build strategy, scale the marketing team, prioritise work, and scale our impact.
This role is ideal for someone who has marketing experience growing a company at the $5-$30M ARR range by more than 2X, and wants to do it again.
Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and product roadmap.
Build and manage the marketing function, processes, and team – from demand generation to brand and content.
Own the marketing roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are directly tied to product milestones, launches, and customer needs.
Partner with sales to build integrated campaigns and account-based marketing programs focused on our top 500 target accounts.
Oversee all marketing channels, including content, email, webinars, podcasts, and partnerships – ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.
Manage and report on the overall marketing budget, focusing on measurable impact and ROI.
Partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to ensure marketing strategy supports GTM alignment and long-term customer growth.
Beyond core marketing expertise, we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and strategy :
5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within SaaS or developer tooling.

A track record of consistently generating qualified pipeline and hitting or exceeding opportunity and revenue targets
Demonstrated success leading marketing that combines a sales-led motion with product-led growth

Background in growth marketing or analytics.
Familiarity with feature flagging, remote config, or CI / CD tooling.
Prior experience in bootstrapped or developer-first companies.
Experience hosting or producing podcasts, webinars, or community content.
Shape the marketing and growth engine at a foundational stage.
