Formación

  • 3+ years experience in a CRM department managing campaigns.
  • C1 level English proficiency in spoken and written form.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Overview

Being employee of Publicis Groupe you will be part of the exclusive team for one of the most important beauty clients of the group both in Spain and worldwide.

You will join our CRM team, handling primary day-to-day client's CRM planning & operations

Responsibilities
  • Management and monitoring of CRM campaigns end to end
  • Process control and phases of campaign development
  • Departments and teams coordination to achieve campaign delivery and objectives
  • Historical DB analysis and insight extraction
  • Definition of CRM strategies, forecasting and campaign planning
  • Delivery of monthly reports and reporting
  • Support brands in decision making and action development Design and ideation of reports and dashboarding
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, ADE or similar OR Demonstrable experience of +3 years in a CRM department, managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • High level of English - C1 (spoken and written), valued by Talent Team in interview.
  • Proven experience working effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
