As Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the success of our clients. You’ll act as both a Creative Lead and Client Relationship Owner, ensuring each creator achieves consistent growth through content, strategy, and execution.

As Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the success of our clients. You’ll act as both a Creative Lead and Client Relationship Owner, ensuring each creator achieves consistent growth through content, strategy, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding & strategy calls to set clear creative direction.
• Coach creators through weekly calls and ensure content consistency.
• Implement viral content strategies aligned with each creator’s brand.
• Keep creators motivated, accountable, and aligned with our growth systems.
• Manage a support pod (editors, chat support, account posters) to drive client success.
• Analyze metrics and optimize content based on performance.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver measurable growth.
• Own the client relationship fully — results, performance, and retention.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in creative direction, social media, or influencer marketing.
• Strong background in client management and performance coaching.
• Sales experience is a big plus — ability to resell vision and motivate creators.
• Experience managing teams (editors, support staff, etc.).
• Proven experience with Instagram algorithms and viral content creation.

Languages

• Fluent Spanish (required – clients are Spanish-speaking).
• Professional English (for internal team communication).

Education & Certifications

• No formal degree required.
• Certifications in marketing, content, or project management are a bonus.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $1,000 – $2,000/month (based on experience).
• Performance Bonuses & Commission: Earn up to $15,000/month by scaling creators.
• 48-hour week across 6 days — European time zone availability preferred.
• Career Path: Junior CD → CD → Head of CDs.
• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere + optional team meetups.
