An international digital services company is seeking a Content Moderator / Customer Service Agent fluent in Italian to join their team in sunny Portugal. You will be responsible for moderating content and providing user support. The role offers full-time hours, rotational shifts, and relocation assistance.   • Escalate violations or complex cases according to internal protocols
  • Protect online communities by enforcing safety guidelines
  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions and moderation actions
