We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our SEO-driven content engine, create high-quality content at speed, and help turn organic traffic into a consistent pipeline.

SpringWater is a sister company of Hostinger, and we are looking for a team member to join a role at an acquired company in the affiliate marketing software space. This platform is built for SaaS companies that want predictable growth through referrals and partnerships. Your role

As a Content Marketing Manager in the Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of content strategy and execution with SEO as the main focus. You’ll work closely with our SEO specialist to plan, create, and improve content that ranks and converts.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with marketing teammates and a freelance designer when needed.

Your day-to-day
  • Own the execution of our content strategy, with SEO content as the main focus.
  • Plan, write, publish, and continuously improve high-quality content that supports organic growth.
  • Work closely with our SEO specialist to align on keyword priorities, search intent, structure, and on-page optimization.
  • Manage and update existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and performing over time.
  • Create a mix of content formats based on business needs (SEO articles, product/landing page copy, case studies, emails, and occasional long-form assets like whitepapers).
  • Build and improve AI-supported workflows to increase content output while maintaining quality and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the social media specialist to repurpose content into formats that work well across channels.
  • Coordinate with a freelance designer to produce visuals and supporting assets when needed.
  • Track content performance and share insights that help improve traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Your skills and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
  • Solid understanding of SEO content best practices and writing for both humans and search engines.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, high-quality English content.
  • Comfortable working with performance goals like organic traffic growth, lead generation, and output consistency.
  • Hands-on experience working with web analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools.
  • Strong editing skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using AI tools to build a repeatable and effective content workflow.

Compensation
  • Gross salary 2500-3500 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills.
