Overview

You will own the translation of business requirements into robust, configurable solutions within one of our state-of-the-art partner platforms. This includes hands-on configuration, scripting (platform-dependent), and working directly with customer data to ensure accurate and efficient system setup.

Your technical expertise will be essential in shaping solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing functionality. You will collaborate closely with business consultants to validate results and actively participate in testing and refining implementations. This role demands autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and full accountability throughout the delivery process.

Your Responsibilities

• Translating design documents prepared by our consultants into object models and corresponding functionalities.
• Configuring and testing the solution, in close collaboration with other configuration specialists and business consultants.
• Demonstrating teamwork and supporting colleagues by sharing insights based on your experience.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in business consulting. Relevance in retail / consumer packaged goods industry, manufacturing, planning, ERP systems, etc.
• Programming experience in JavaScript, Python, C#, SQL, or TQL, and working with database technologies such as MongoDB.

• Capability to interact confidently with our data integration specialists, other configuration specialists and business consultants. Demonstrate a level of responsibility and relevant experience aligned with the role’s requirements.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English; French and German skills are welcome.
• A good work ethic and sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prior experience with AI tools or machine learning applications relevant to supply chain planning is highly desirable.
