Una empresa de criptomonedas busca un Gerente de Operaciones para la comunidad de habla hispana. La posición implica gestionar las operaciones diarias, crear contenido en español y dirigir actividades para expandir la influencia de la marca. Se requiere dominio del español, habilidades en comunicación en inglés o chino, y al menos un año de experiencia en gestión comunitaria, preferiblemente en la industria de criptomonedas. Pasión por Web3 y trading automatizado es esencial.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en operaciones comunitarias o gestión comunitaria.
• Conocimientos en la industria de criptomonedas, blockchain o finanzas son preferibles.
• Interés en o experiencia práctica con bots de trading es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar las operaciones diarias de la comunidad de habla española.
• Planificar y ejecutar actividades online/offline para la región.
• Crear y traducir contenido en español de manera profesional y relevante.
• Responder rápidamente a consultas de usuarios y resolver problemas relacionados con productos.
• Analizar datos de la comunidad y reportar sobre el rendimiento operativo.

Conocimientos

Dominio del español nativo o fluido (C1 / C2)

Fuerte comunicación en inglés o chino

Gerente de Operaciones (Región de Habla Hispana) / Operation Manager (Spanish-speaking Region)

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the

Spanish-speaking community

including content posting, user engagement, and community maintenance on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, and others.

Plan and execute online / offline activities tailored for the

Spanish-speaking region

e.g., AMA sessions, airdrops, trading competitions) to expand brand influence and drive user growth.

Create and translate

Spanish-language content

including platform update announcements, trading bot tutorials, market analysis, and activity promotions, ensuring the content is professional, engaging, and culturally relevant to the local audience.

Promptly respond to user inquiries, resolve product-related questions (e.g., trading bot usage, deposits / withdrawals, KYC), and enhance user satisfaction and retention.

Monitor community feedback, collect user suggestions, and assist the product team in optimizing platform features and

Spanish localization

Analyze community data (activity levels, growth, feedback) and regularly report on operational performance.

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish proficiency (C1 / C2 level)

with excellent Chinese or English communication skills (internal company communication primarily in English / Chinese).

At least 1 year of experience in community operations or community management; experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or finance industries is preferred.

Familiar with basic cryptocurrency trading knowledge (e.g., BTC / ETH trading, quantitative strategies); interest in or hands-on experience with trading bots is a plus.

Proficient in using community tools such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, with strong content creation and user interaction skills.

Proactive, responsible, able to independently handle user issues, and flexible in working across

relevant time zones (e.g., LATAM or European time zones)

Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry, with enthusiasm for Web3 and automated trading.
