Main Responsibilities
  • Prioritize commercial needs by evaluating impact, urgency, and resource requirements; maintain a clear roadmap for the Commercial team.
  • Lead and execute revenue-generating projects such as partner onboarding, sales initiatives, product launch support, and sponsorship activations.
  • Build and optimize processes, documentation, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Finance, and external partners to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Develop clear timelines, dashboards, and progress reports; identify risks and remove blockers quickly.
  • Track performance metrics (pipeline movement, revenue impact, project status) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
  • 4–7+ years in project management, commercial operations, or program coordination; sports/entertainment experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (HubSpot, Monday)
