Formación

As a Cloud Engineer, you will develop, optimize, and maintain our multi-cloud platform that supports infrastructure provisioning and deployment. You will join a global team of cloud engineers committed to staying at the forefront of cloud innovations.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain modular cloud-based systems using technologies like Kubernetes.
• Implement optimal cloud solutions to meet architecture, storage, compute, cost monitoring, and role management requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
• Audit cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and enhance our multi-cloud platform.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and global stakeholders.
• Use tools like Confluence to organize work and ensure business continuity.
• Gather and document feedback for continuous infrastructure improvement.

Core Competencies

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about these responsibilities and possess skills such as:

• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Proficiency with container technologies like Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes, including application deployment, network routing, security, storage, high availability, and multi-tenancy.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies (CNCF), microservice architecture, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in securing cloud applications and implementing infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in professional and technical English.
• Analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities.
• Understanding of security and compliance challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PaaS components on GCP, AWS, Azure, or AliCloud.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least five (5) years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Certifications from Azure, AWS, or GCP are preferred.
