Una empresa de medios creativos busca un Onboarding Manager para proporcionar la mejor experiencia de onboarding a estudiantes y clientes. Este puesto remoto requiere un servicio al cliente excepcional, atención profesional en Zoom y capacidad para crear una experiencia positiva para los nuevos estudiantes. Formación

This is an important position within the company! You will be the first person our clients see. You will NEED to have an amazing zoom presence as well as a DISNEYLAND-LIKE experience for our clients. We are looking for someone with a bubbly personality. We are a crazy bunch here who likes to have fun but also work extremely hard.

I highly suggest you come with a great zoom presence on the interview and an outgoing personality!

We’re looking for a full-time Onboarding Manager. Daily tasks include onboarding students / clients with the highest customer service possible. After a successful onboarding you will continue to support these students through their initial part of the program by providing phone calls, texts, emails, etc. The main function of this role is to successfully onboard students and clients while providing a “hand held” experience to get them through the initial part of the program.

This position is the face of the company and should always provide a “disneyland” like experience. In order to be successful in this role, this individual must possess the highest level of customer service, a GREAT attitude and a professional appearance through zoom calls.

Responsibilities
  • Show up on Zoom just prior to the meeting, and make a proper introduction and welcome the new student to the academy
  • Need to be knowledgeable on all products offered by Mike Barron’s Closer Academy
  • Review student names and enrolled programs before Onboarding
  • Ensure that they have the program access
  • Prior to the onboarding schedule, make sure the student joins orientation, Masterminds or live event
  • Control the accounts that are assigned to you by making sure students show up to their onboardings and are completing their initial part of the program.
  • Create a “Disneyland-like experience” for all students
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Professional appearance on zoom meetings and when contacting students
  • Excellent customer service with at least 1 year of experience
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Ability to communicate with clients in order to satisfy their needs.
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
  • Must possess the following technology : Laptop with internet, quiet place to work with a professional background, computer savvyness.

The position is Full Time (remote) between the hours of 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM Pacific Standard Time (California time zone) Monday through Friday.
