Your mission:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Growth Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients within the digital advertising industry. As a member of the Growth team you will focus on driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships and fostering long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of direct clients and advertising agencies across multiple verticals.
  • Act as primary day‑to‑day point person for all client questions, issues and suggestions, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance using data‑driven insights to achieve client growth objectives.
  • Build and nurture trust‑based relationships by leading regular check‑ins, reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Supply, Finance) to ensure client goals are met and align efforts across departments.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, identify pain points and propose creative upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with our product offerings.
  • Manage billing processes, resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for in‑app performance marketing campaigns, aligning advertiser objectives with company goals.
  • Leverage tools like Excel, Appsflyer and Adjust to analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to clients.
Skills and requirements:
  • 1 year experience in Account Management, Client Success or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of the digital advertising industry; familiarity with tools like Appsflyer and Adjust is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid foundation in programmatic advertising and ad tech concepts (e.g., MMPs, tracking links, postbacks) is a plus.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and growth‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
