An innovative AdTech platform located in Madrid is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to drive security initiatives and manage compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners for securing and maintaining the digital ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and excellent communication skills.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will provide operational and coordination support to the Cybersecurity Department, acting as a liaison between internal teams, the external security partner, and other departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Technology.
Your main mission will be to drive security initiatives, manage internal requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual frameworks related to information security. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive professional with a strong background in cybersecurity who is ready to take on a broader coordination role within a growing technology environment.
4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of information security concepts, processes, and best practices.
Familiarity with security standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, ENS, NIST, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives.
Experience managing documentation, audits, or compliance projects.
Working knowledge of Linux systems and Python.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Certifications or specialized training in security (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR).
Experience collaborating with external security providers or audit teams.
Exposure to multinational or technology‑driven environments.
