Overview

The Chief Security Officer will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's operations and assets. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the effective operation of security systems and conducting thorough investigations into security incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and implementing comprehensive security protocols across all business units
  • Developing and maintaining the company's security policy, including providing training to internal personnel and external partners
  • Leading internal and external investigations into security incidents, conducting interviews as necessary
  • Drafting detailed investigation reports on security incidents
  • Managing relationships with security providers to ensure the delivery of effective security solutions
  • Preparing proposals for enhancing security standards, equipment, and services
  • Overseeing the management of security personnel and resources
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in security, law enforcement, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years\' experience in security management, risk assessment, or investigation is also required. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in security are highly valued.

  • University degree in Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in security management, risk assessment, or investigation
  • Security industry certification (e.g., TAPA, Wicklander, Zulawski)
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Security
