As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and drive our financial vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
3. Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and CEO.
4. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
5. Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
6. Lead risk management initiatives and financial planning processes.
7. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
8. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across our global offices (Dubai, Armenia, Serbia).

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience of 5+ years as a CFO or in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
3. Experience in the iGaming (B2B and B2C) industry is mandatory.
4. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
