Formación

In Central Operations, you'll optimize driver acquisition, engagement, and retention across FREENOW's European markets. This role bridges local market needs with operational excellence, ensuring scalable and effective driver experiences across our diverse European footprint.

Are you ready for your next ride?

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Design and scale driver acquisition & onboarding processes across diverse European markets, accounting for local nuances.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize driver experience processes, identifying best practices and scaling successful pilots.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to align global solutions with European market requirements and regulations.
  • Analyze driver experience metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage project execution for supply operations initiatives and lead European rollouts of new driver experience initiatives.
  • Optimize all driver touchpoints by collaborating with Marketplaces, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Drive process improvements, implement innovative solutions, and explore new technologies for efficiency and driver experience.

Tools: Tableau; Looker; Metabase.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • 4-6 years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting, or business operations, preferably in marketplace, mobility, or ride-hailing
  • Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple markets or business units, ideally within European contexts.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in BI tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication, systems thinking, and cross-cultural awareness.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Relevant degree in business, operations, or engineering is preferred.
