Job Overview

We are seeking a candidate to join our team in a role focused on finance and accounting processes. The responsibilities include:

1. Posting and allocation of incoming payments (60%)
2. Direct Debiting End to End Process (8%)
3. Credit card reconciliation process end to end (5%)
4. Cheque and Bill of Exchange End to End process (5%)
5. Query handling (15%)
6. Reconciliation of incoming cash in transit accounts (5%)
7. Sox Controls (2%)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• No prior experience necessary
• Finance and Accounting field of study required
• Data entry skills
• Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in English or Spanish
