This role involves handling fast-paced telephone and trade counter sales while providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in motor parts and proven abilities in sales administration, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Formación

• Experience in motor parts is required and proven work in sales administration.
• Knowledge of the car industry, keeping up to date with new products and features.
• Experience in fast-paced telephone and trade counter sales; providing excellent customer service.

Overview

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO JOIN OUR SALES TEAM. AN EXPERIENCED SALES ADMINISTRATOR TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE FAST PACE TELEPHONE AND TRADE COUNTER SALES. PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. KNOWLEDGE OF THE CAR INDUSTRY, KEEPING UP TO DATE WITH NEW PRODUCTS AND FEATURES.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of orders using Microsoft Excel and other in-house programs.
• Filing and other office duties.
• Help offload shipments.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under high workload.

Hours

Hours 09.00 to 17.30. Monday to Friday.
