Corus is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and participate in international projects.

Location

Barcelona, hybrid (one day in the office)

Your main responsibilities will involve
  • Analyze ECM business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications
  • Stakeholder management and interaction with key users to understand business needs
  • Support and lead the implementation of new initiatives and projects related to content management
  • Develop and support content management solutions and workflows using ECM tools
  • Perform impact analysis of application and data source changes, holding an end-to-end view of the system
  • Continuously improve existing ECM processes and services
  • Provide end-user support / training for global content management needs
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality related to content management
Your Skills and Experience required
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in content management or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of content management systems and processes.
  • Business Analyst skills (e.g. analytical skills, requirement gathering & engineering).
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Relevant working experience in IT content management is a big plus.
  • Valuable previous experience or knowledge with ECM tools (e.g. FileNet, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum).
  • Experience or knowledge with workflow automation and document management systems as a plus.
