Formación

  • Experience with industrial portfolios and/or corporate environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills for leases and contracts.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

We are looking for a

Regional Business Partner Real Estate

who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first : )

Support and manage real estate projects, transactions, and processes for international Jungheinrich business units.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, standards, and strategies, whileadapting them to regional requirements and promoting harmonization across the region.
  • Coordinate the internal approval process for real estate projects, including preparing decision papers forexecutive management.
  • Collaborate closely with local business units, external consultants, and service providers to deliver effective real estate solutions.
  • Develop and execute real estate solutions aligned with the corporate real estate strategy to meet business unit needs.
  • Oversee project management activities, including evaluating site alternatives, negotiating leases and contracts, and coordinating related activities.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and execution of the corporate real estate strategy.
  • Manage real estate data in collaboration with local business units, ensuringaccuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor regular real estate performance reports, focusing on portfolio optimization.

Relevant professional experience in real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on industrial portfolios and / or within a corporate environment.

Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically in PowerPoint and excel)

German would be a plus

Cross-cultural environment (more than 20 nationalities working together).
