The role involves managing analytics projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data to drive decision-making. Candidates should have proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with AWS solutions. This opportunity is based in Madrid, Spain, and offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and efficiency.
Overview You will serve as a member of Capacity Strategy and Insight within the AMZL EU Launch and Expansion team, responsible for growing Amazon’s last mile delivery capability across Europe. Your focus will be on optimization, automation and scalability: improving the tools, reporting and insight needed to scale over the next 3-6 years, and building the data automation and modelling that enables this growth. This includes identifying where better insight is needed, defining what needs to be done, and maintaining the underlying data architecture to keep systems scalable. Scalability also includes internal processes and mechanisms to manage and plan infrastructure and capacity, and you will streamline and improve those as well. The automation and tools you create will help ensure we have sufficient capacity to meet customer needs across Europe in the coming years.

You’ll partner with diverse cross-functional teams to develop new processes and mechanisms as our business evolves.
