BDR Team Lead

What you will do
  • Lead a team of 3–5 BDRs, providing structure, coaching, and ongoing development
  • Deliver 20–25 SQLs per month yourself, setting the benchmark for outbound excellence
  • Track and report KPIs such as SQL output, conversion, and outreach performance
  • Work closely with Account Management and Customer Success to optimize outreach and lead quality
  • Run weekly standups, performance reviews, and retrospective sessions
  • Improve outbound strategy and workflows; refine playbooks and sales processes
  • Oversee the use of sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and scaling of the BDR team
  • Foster a culture of high performance, ownership, and collaboration
What you bring
  • 2–4 years of B2B outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
  • Previous leadership or coaching experience in sales
  • German proficiency (C1+ or native)
  • Strong English skills
  • Hands‑on knowledge of outbound strategy, email outreach, cold calling, and pipeline generation
  • Experience working with modern sales automation tools
  • A structured, proactive, motivated approach to performance and process
  • Background in startups, sales agencies, or SDR‑as‑a‑Service teams is a plus
  • Experience with signal‑based prospecting or automated lead sourcing is an advantage
