A recruitment agency is hiring for a Business Development position in Madrid, Spain, focusing on the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of outbound sales experience, with strong cold calling and email outreach skills. Formación

What You’ll Do
  • Research and prospect new accounts within automotive dealerships and marketplaces, using email, calls, and social outreach.
  • Run concise, persuasive sales pitches that secure qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and outreach sequences.
  • Keep CRM records accurate, track activity and pipeline metrics, and share market feedback to improve conversion.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Business Development or outbound sales, ideally with B2B or SaaS exposure.
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills, with the ability to handle objections and follow up persistently.
  • Willingness to work in Barcelona, Spain
  • Perfect Command of German and English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; automotive industry experience is a plus.
