A leading health partner in Spain is seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance their sales strategy. In this role, you will generate leads, qualify prospects, and work closely with Account Executives in a dynamic sales team. Applicants must be fully bilingual in Spanish and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Formación

  • At least one first customer-facing experience is required.
  • Warm/cold calling experience is a plus.
  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish.
  • At least intermediate level in English is needed.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team is essential.

Role: Business Development Representative (Spain)

We are growing our Sales team and are looking for a rockstar Business Development Representative to help us move upmarket. You will join our Sales Spain team of 15 Account Executives and 4 Business Development Representatives in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving outbound campaigns and supporting opportunities. You will also participate to enhance the prospecting approach at Alan.

Responsibilities
  • Generating qualitative meetings to achieve company objectives: map companies and stakeholders, collaborate with Account Executives to prepare and deliver quality meetings
  • Developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries; run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
  • Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM
  • Representing our products: start with deep understanding and conduct consumer research to identify how solutions meet needs
  • Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: prospect experience as part of the overall Alan customer experience
Qualifications
  • At least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or equivalent)
  • Like warm/cold calling – prospecting experience is a plus
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish to a level enabling cold calling in Spanish
  • At least intermediate level in English
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' challenges
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team
  • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one
