A growing agribusiness firm is seeking a Business Developer Innovations to enhance its presence in Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of commercial experience in crop protection, capable of launching new products and fostering strong relationships in the industry. Fluency in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English is essential. This role offers opportunities for growth and innovation within an international family business.

Business Developer Innovations

with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.

A challenging job content

You are able to build a strong technical basis and understanding about our innovations and to transform your technical knowledge in compelling use recommendations to support a quick and convincing adoption in the market.

You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.

You are well connected with a solid network of distributors, CRO’s, advisors and industry influencers in at least Spain and Italy and are capable to build such a network in other South- European countries.

You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.

You work closely with your colleagues from Sales&Marketing, and also across other departments such as R&D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.

You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Business Development Manager at our Headquarters in Belgium.

You have at least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in crop protection and you have experience in the launching of new products.

You are fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English. You apply a strategic and commercial approach in managing your projects.

You are a hands-on self-starter driven by innovation.
