Una empresa activa en la expansión de redes de entrega sostenible busca un representante de desarrollo empresarial en Madrid. Este rol implica la adquisición y gestión de nuevos sitios, proporcionando apoyo continuo y colaborando con otros equipos. Se requiere experiencia en ventas, habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de organización en un entorno dinámico.

Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas o desarrollo de negocios.
  • Habilidad demostrada para adquirir nuevos clientes y cerrar tratos.
  • Proficiencia en inglés y español, conocimiento de chino es un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Adquisición de nuevos sitios Out-of-Home.
  • Gestión del proceso de incorporación y verificación de facturas mensuales.
  • Soporte continuo para operaciones en los sitios y seguimiento de incidencias.

Job Description:

Overview:

Join the Out-of-Home department to drive the expansion of a flexible and sustainable delivery network. As a Business Development Representative, you'll develop and scale the acquisition and onboarding of new Out-of-Home site locations, including businesses like gas stations, grocery stores, parking lots, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Acquisition: Prospect and secure new Out-of-Home sites, promoting the benefits of joining our network.
  • Onboarding & Contracting: Manage the process from prospecting to signing agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding, and verify monthly invoices of the Sites.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support for successful site operations and strong relationships, track incidences, and collaborate with teams to improve the Site experience.
  • Reporting: Track and report lead acquisition and deployment progress weekly to the Head of Out-of-Home.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams to create co-marketing strategies and develop training materials for new sites.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively pitch the benefits of becoming an Out-of-Home site.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics (Last Mile or Out-of-Home experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
  • Strong organizational skills to track progress, timelines, and site onboarding.

Qualifications:

High School diploma preferred.

Languages:

Proficiency in Spanish and English (Chinese is a plus).
