As Business Development Manager Spain specializing in Holiday Parks & Campsites, you’ll spearhead customer acquisition and growth across Eastern Spain, with a focus on dynamic regions such as Catalonia and Valencia. This remote role is ideally based near key transport hubs like Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, or Zaragoza. You will build strong partnerships with campsite owners and holiday park operators while driving sustainable growth.

We’re looking for someone who truly understands the Outdoor Hospitality world, especially the unique dynamics of campsites, holiday resorts, and outdoor leisure tourism. You live in Spain and know the local market, culture, and travel habits. You’re not just a sales expert, but a proactive relationship builder who can translate the needs of Spanish campsite operators into tailored solutions. You use data and insights to sharpen your sales approach and spot new opportunities. If you thrive on autonomy, love consultative selling, and enjoy working with a close-knit team to deliver real impact, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and follow up on new leads within our customer base;
  • Carry out structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls;
  • Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations;
  • Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships;
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention;
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot);
  • Report on sales results and market trends to the Manager Business Development Spain;
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy for the Spanish market.

What do you bring?
  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, in particular with holiday parks, campsites, tourism and/or leisure, will be a strong advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech;
  • A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions;
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management;
  • Excellent command of both Spain and English.
