Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for developing the profitable new business in your area. You must be able to build a pipeline of profitable new business while developing and maintaining solid relationships with different customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and locate adequate sites for installations with property owners with the goal of signing contracts that allow us to deploy our ATMs.
  • Negotiate trading agreements with potential clients to successfully deploy ATM systems under long-term profitable contracts.
  • Be an active asset on the ATM installation process in cooperation with the Operations Department and the external subcontractors involved.
  • Keep track of market realities including competitors.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems; maintain accurate logs and enter updated information in business systems; prepare meetings and presentations; and elaborate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders as agreed in the company processes.
  • Regularly interact with external city councils and local authorities to ensure a smooth contracting and installation process.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the Consumer Goods Retail or Tourism sectors).
  • Background in field sales to the convenience retail sector.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial data – budgets, P&L, etc.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Effective communication skills — written and verbal, including presentation skills.
  • Spanish & English fluent speaker.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Must have legal work permit in the EU.
  • Based in Madrid.
