Job Description
  • Identify and engage potential business partners in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Assess commercial opportunities, reviewing feasibility and profitability to ensure alignment with the company's goals and portfolio.
  • Negotiate and manage CMO/CDMO agreements and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international events and industry trade fairs to promote collaboration and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Technology Transfer, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track market trends and share insights that support new commercial strategies.
The Successful Applicant
  • University degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, or Industrial/Commercial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in B2B and CMO/CDMO environments.
  • Experience with sterile products is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a solid understanding of the CMO/CDMO market.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are an asset.
  • Availability for frequent international travel.
  • Existing professional network within the industry will be valued.
  • A proactive and results-oriented professional with strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills. Someone who enjoys building partnerships, working in multicultural environments, and contributing to sustainable business growth.
