An IT staffing company in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Manager to prospect and manage client portfolios. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in IT staffing, enjoys cold calling, and is fluent in Dutch or French and English. This role offers uncapped commissions, a transparent career plan, and an enjoyable work environment in the city center.
Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.
After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the Belgian market.
In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio, you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants
70% sales / 30% recruitment)
Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio in the IT staffing industry
You enjoy prospecting and cold calling
Native Dutch or French, fluent in English
