A boutique Tech Recruitment firm in Barcelona is seeking a Business Developer to design outbound strategies and acquire new B2B clients in Europe. This role requires proven business development experience alongside fluency in English and one of Dutch, German, or French. What You’ll Do
  • Design and lead outbound strategies to acquire new B2B clients (startups, scaleups, corporates) across international markets.
  • Identify and validate new business opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to business strategy.
  • Represent Eucalypto at industry events and networking forums.
  • Grow into a leadership role as the company scales if that’s your ambition.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial growth.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of outbound tactics (cold outreach, LinkedIn automation, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Native Dutch, German or French – one of these is a must.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re motivated by building, testing, improving, not by following rigid playbooks.
  • Eagerness to take real ownership and grow alongside the company.
