A leading IT staffing firm in Madrid is seeking experienced Business Developers to enhance their Iberian market presence, primarily in Portugal. You will manage your own client portfolio, focusing 70% of your time on sales and 30% on recruitment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of recruitment experience, enjoys cold calling, and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Competitive commission structure and additional benefits are offered.

Overview

Company Description

Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.

After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are now looking to continue this growth by hiring experienced Business Developers to strengthen our Madrid office and support the development of the Iberian market, with a strong focus on Portugal.

In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio, you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants. (70% sales / 30% recruitment)

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and building your own portfolio of IT clients in the Portuguese market
  • Managing client relationships and understanding their project needs
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and following up with freelance IT consultants
  • Driving the full sales and recruitment cycle (approx. 70% business development / 30% recruitment)
