The ideal candidate should have experience in establishing distributor networks in the fine chemical or life science sector and proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan. CymitQuimica is a tech-based company. We are looking for a Business Developer to accelerate our international growth through expanding our network of international distributors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy, focusing on expanding the distributor network outside Europe.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business development efforts.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Visit customers and distributors regularly to identify growth potential.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and marketing departments to promote the product portfolio effectively.
  • Represent the company at congresses and trade fairs.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in establishing and managing a distributor network in the fine chemical or life science sector.
  • A scientific background (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, etc.), preferably with experience in research or quality control laboratories.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach, empathy, attention to detail, and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
