A global beauty company in Barcelona is seeking a Sr Manager BPX – OMP & End to End Planning. You will be responsible for overseeing the OMP Planning system, leading implementation of a new planning system, and driving continuous improvement in operations. Our Global Supply Planning team plays a crucial role in Coty's operations, ensuring products are produced and delivered to distribution centers on time and in full, balancing service, inventory, cost, and sustainability to meet revenue and cash flow goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr Manager BPX – OMP & End to End Planning will oversee three key areas:

• OMP Planning System – Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling

Act as the business-facing OMP BPX to standardize and enhance usage of OMP for production planning and scheduling, managing system improvements, change management, and user acceptance testing. Drive standardization across the organization.

Lead the deployment of a multiyear End-to-End (E2E) planning system, partnering with external resources for system design, translating business needs, and leading testing and implementation. Ensure the system design aligns with E2E targets.

Support Coty’s data architecture transformation using Microsoft Databricks to integrate multiple data streams, including OMP, into a cloud environment.

• Continuous Improvement

Lead process and tool enhancements using analytical skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities, and leading successful implementation. Own root cause analysis (RCA) processes and coach the team.

• Project Management

Define and guide projects, represent planning initiatives in leadership forums, and ensure successful project delivery through collaboration.

As a BPX Senior Planning Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Expertise in key systems (SAP, JDA, OMP, Power BI), with experience in Supply Planning and a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain processes, especially Production Planning and Scheduling. OMP consulting experience is a plus.
• Programming skills (SQL, DAX, etc.).
• Effective communication and influencing skills at mid-management level, leadership experience, and change management skills.
• Ability to develop operational strategies, build relationships, deliver KPIs, and manage large projects.
• Strong prioritization skills.
