You will manage customer expectations, document solutions, and provide critical research support. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and be fluent in English and French. • Research, verify, and document product issues.
• Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress.
