💼 What you’ll do

• Handle inbound calls from Belgian customers in French and Flemish
• Register new home appliances and customer details
• Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insuranceUse your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
• Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

• Fluent in Flemish and French (English or Spanish is a plus!)
• A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
• Confident in sales and overcoming objections
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and a real team player
• Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
