The ideal candidate has over 3 years in a similar role within high-end venues, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will manage stock control and provide exceptional guest service while promoting team development. Formación

  • 3+ years' experience as Bar Manager in a luxury venue.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a bar team effectively.

We are currently looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join COYA Ibiza.
Experience you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Bar Manager role within a high-end or luxury hospitality venue.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
  • Be up to date with global cocktail trends, premium spirits, and innovative techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a bar team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to coach, mentor, and develop team members, identifying talent and supporting internal progression.
  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure service periods.
  • Experience working in seasonal or high-volume venues is essential.
  • Confident managing stock control, ordering, costs, and bar profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential, Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
