Formación

  • Excellent level of Spanish and English; German, French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales; experience in Leasing/Renting industry is a plus.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Mandatory: residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with the sales team.
  • Mentor and maintain a consistent presence on the floor.
  • Hold structured weekly 1:1s and regular performance reviews.
  • Contribute to strategic plans to improve team performance.
