The project!

As a Digital Applications Coordinator you will be our IT Business Parter for SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.

What will the role entail?

• Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating goals and challenges into effective IT and SAP Hybris solutions that drive business value.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business areas (Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Logistics, Customer Service), ensuring alignment, prioritization, and clear communication.
• Lead end-to-end SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) initiatives - from requirements and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Manage integrations between Hybris and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, BW, PI / PO), ensuring data consistency, performance, and stability.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget solutions while continuously improving business processes.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation by maintaining the IT roadmap, monitoring KPIs, supporting user adoption, and staying current on eCommerce and technology trends.
