Una empresa tecnológica internacional está buscando un Freelance Senior Software Engineer (PHP / Go) para unirse a un equipo altamente calificado en Galicia, España. El candidato trabajará en una plataforma nativa de la nube que opera servicios críticos en Kubernetes y GCP. Se espera que tenga influencia real en la arquitectura y las herramientas, y se enfoque en el desarrollo backend y la infraestructura en la nube. Se valorará la experiencia en trabajo en equipos distribuidos y en la toma de decisiones técnicas.

Óscala works for a growing list of reputable clients in The Netherlands and surrounding countries. We offer our clients additional (remote) capacity so they can continue to build their state‑of‑the‑art software solutions, web applications, mobile apps and alike. Each Óscala Software Developer works exclusively for one client and is an integral part of their Software Development team - working closely and on a daily basis together with Tech Leads, Architects and other colleagues of the IT team in The Netherlands (or Germany or Belgium).

Freelance Senior Software Engineer (PHP / Go) based in Spain

We’re looking for a senior freelance backend engineer to join a small, highly skilled team building and operating a cloud‑native platform running critical services on Kubernetes and GCP. You’ll have real influence on architecture and tooling, working hands‑on across backend development and cloud infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Build and evolve backend services using PHP (Laravel) and Go.
• Design and optimize APIs and databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Operate and improve a cloud‑native infrastructure on Kubernetes (GCP).
• Improve automation, CI / CD and GitOps workflows.
• Work on performance, security and reliability of the platform.
